GMN II Pilot Project in the Pacific Region: Call for Expressions of Interest
Call for Expressions of Interest Now Open!
The GMN Phase 2 Project invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible organisations to participate as technical beneficiaries in the Global MTCC Network (GMN) Phase II Technology Uptake Demonstration Pilot Project.
This pilot will support the demonstration, measurement, and quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions from ship or port operations across the Pacific region through the uptake of innovative decarbonisation technologies.
Selected participants will implement and showcase solutions that reduce emissions from ship and/or port operations across the Pacific region, contributing to regional and global efforts to decarbonise the maritime sector.
Participation in the pilot will provide organisations with an opportunity to:
-
Demonstrate the application of low- and zero-emission technologies
-
Quantify and report GHG emissions reductions using recognised methodologies
-
Strengthen technical capacity and operational knowledge
-
Contribute to evidence-based decision-making for maritime decarbonisation
-
Support the sharing of lessons learned and best practices across the Pacific
Who Should Apply?
We welcome EOIs from:
– Maritime Administrations
– Port Authorities
