Project Steering Committee (PSC)

The PSC, composed of the European Commission (DG INTPA and DG MOVE) and IMO Secretariat (SDPAP), oversees the project, making strategic decisions and monitoring progress.

Project Coordination Unit (PCU)

Managed by the IMO Secretariat, the PCU coordinates day-to-day operations, provides technical support to MTCCs, ensures global communication, and handles financial oversight.
